For Vacation Bible School they needed a panda costume.
I volunteered to figure something out.
After many hours of labor, I am happy with how it turned out.
It was my first time successfully using pattern pieces.
I made it out of fleece, so that was very forgiving.
My niece is really into life-size characters right now.
So before I handed it off to the VBS ladies, I invited my niece and nephew over.
I dressed up, and here is the final result.
It reminded me of those footy pajamas!
I feel sorry for whomever wears this next week.
Hot, humid, and fleece do not go together real well.
